The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said in a statement that all five of the teenagers are boys and includes three 16-year-olds and a 17-year-old from Sterling and a 16-year-old from Ashburn. Authorities will not release their name due to the fact that all involved are minors.

Five teenagers have been charged with vandalism after police say they spray-painting racist messages and vulgar images on a historic African-American schoolhouse in Loudoun County. The teens were charged with felony destruction of property and misdemeanor entering property of another for the purpose of damaging it.

A Shenandoah Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court judge on Oct. 13 dismissed a domestic-related charge against a Loudoun County Sheriff's Office deputy, authorities said Thursday.

A change is coming to the noise standard in Loudoun County, Virginia. At a meeting Thursday night, the Board of Supervisors voted to adjust rules which govern how loud is too loud for residents, businesses and industrial operations.

The latest poll results show Hillary Clinton leading Trump by 15 percentage points in Virginia, raising questions about whether the Commonwealth is still a battleground state. "Oh, they're absolutely playing to win and... I wish people who had written that story a few weeks ago saying Trump was pulling out of Virginia had come and spoken with me because we've had Trump paid staffers on the ground since August and nothing has changed," said Loudoun County Republican Committee Chairman Will Estrada.

In the last week, outside groups have poured in more than $2.2 million to influence the Northern Virginia congressional race between Rep. Barbara J. Comstock, R-10th, and Democrat LuAnn Bennett, underscoring its status as the marquee contest in Virginia on Nov. 8.
