    Loudoun County sheriff's deputies arrested a motorist for driving while intoxicated early Monday in Sterling after he tried to elude a deputy and hit a parked vehicle. William H. Arias-Melendez, 22, of no fixed address was charged with DWI, felony eluding, driving without a license, reckless driving and hit and run, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
